What is Gymea Combined Probus……….it is a Club for active retirees. It is a Combined Club which means it has both men and women members. Probus clubs meet for fun, fellowship and friendship - it is a youth club for seniors.

When and where......................………..the Gymea Combined Probus Club meets on the second Wednesday of every month from 10:30am until 12:30pm, in the Elouera Room of Gymea Tradies Club. The Tradies Club address is 57 Manchester Road, Gymea, Sydney. Access to plenty of free onsite parking is from the Kingsway via the entrance just past Milburn Road, travelling east towards Cronulla.

The monthly meeting …..consists of a formal beginning which is short and business like, then a break for morning tea/coffee and biscuits, followed by a guest speaker. The guest speakers come from a variety of backgrounds and cover topics chosen to be interesting, informative and entertaining. They cover a range of subjects e.g. from Sue Boyer's talk on the First Fleet through to David West's very interesting talk about bees.

The Club’s activities……. the Club conducts activities regularly including outings, coach trips, holidays away, cruises, theatre parties, BBQ’s, picnics, cards, book club, monthly dinners etc to cater for members with different interests. Please see the examples outlined on the Activities page of this web site. Simply click/tap on the Activities menu item at the top of this page.
